Forget Me Nots is not your mamma's florist! You see I grew up in a flower shop, my Mother owned a shop for over 30 years and I learned the business from working along side her and her business partner and all of the many incredible employees that made that shop successful for over three decades. In 2024 it was time to put my ideas that I had been thinking about for a long time into action. I decided to start a new flower shop named Green Valley Floral Design, a name that celebrates the beautiful area of Northeastern Connecticut. In July of 2025 we purchased Forget Me Nots from an incredible Mother, Daughter team that had built their own rock solid reputation for providing beautiful flower designs and great customer service.
We will carry on their work at the same location but the ways in which we do business is refreshed and renewed for the next generation of flower lovers.
